New Patients

Rigby Pediatric Dental PATIENT INFO

The most important part of our new patients first visit is to tell us what your child needs!  We believe that we are more of a “Coach” that can help them get the health and smile you want rather than a “dictator doctor” who only has their plan for you. Come try us out.

ACCEPTING

NEW PATIENTS

As a new patient, we here at Rigby Pediatric Dental want your children to be comfortable and fully informed. During our first visit together, we will discuss their past medical and dental history. To make a thorough and accurate diagnosis of any dental problems Dr. Bingham may request digital X-rays. The comprehensive exam will include looking for decay, an evaluation of existing restorations, oral cancer screening, periodontal (gum) disease, excessive tooth wear, and occlusal (bite) problems.

We will work to build understanding and trust through open communication about their oral condition. Next, we will explain our findings and recommendations to help determine the most appropriate course of treatment. The goal of Rigby Pediatric Dental is complete and accurate information aiding in your making informed dental decisions.

Financial Options

We accept most insurance plans, and will submit your insurance claim for you as a courtesy. Any portion of payment not covered by your insurance is your responsibility and is due at the time of service. If payment is not met in full at time of service, then a statement will be sent to you that reflects a service fee. Please understand that we do not dictate insurance policies and can only work with them.

Our receptionists will be happy to discuss service fees and insurance with parents prior to your first visit to our office, and any time thereafter. Please contact us with any questions.

If you are a patient of our practice without dental insurance, join our Membership Club. Learn more about it here.
